Berdan Sharpshooters

Civil War Reenactors

Berdan Sharpshooters

2nd United States Sharpshooters by Mark Maritato

The 2nd United States Sharpshooters is a reenacting group in Oregon and Washington State. Our company was formed in 2003 by a small group of experienced reenactors and have continued to grow with the recruitment of first time reenactors and others with an interest in Sharpshooting. With a large civilian contingent in addition to our strong military presence, the Sharpshooters offer reenacting opportunities for any person interested in learning about the civil war through a living history impression.

Each year reeactors from the Sharpshooters participate in eight or more battle reenactments, in addition to living history opportunities and occasional parades. For more information about these events, please visit our Events page.

We are looking for people interested in war and civilan history of the USA and getting involved in a fun hobby to join our group as soldiers and civilians. No previous experience is necessary. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Captain Sturgill. Requirement: we don't like bonus slots gambling addicts, if you are one, please don't involve with us.

Still wondering what reenacting is all about? Check out our About Living History page for more information.
